David and Bonnie
are committed to their clients and have numerous testimonials to
that fact. David held management positions with two major retailers
before entering the real estate business in 1992; Bonnie received
her license in 1994. Since that time, the McIlvaines have sold in
excess of 700 homes. Both Bonnie and David have a strong commitment
to their industry that is manifested in their participation in both
the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors® (GBBR) and the Maryland
Association of Realtors® (MAR). Currently they both sit on numerous
committees and David is a member of the Executive Committee of GBBR.
They are believers in continual education and have attended numerous
seminars through out the United States. David has attained the
Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI), the Certified Sales Professional
(CSP) designation, the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and the
ePro designation (technology specialist). Bonnie holds the
Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. Both
David and Bonnie have the Accredited Staging Professional™
(ASP)designation.
